Job functions and Key Accountabilities:
- Reaching Sales targets by increasing considerable external and internal referring doctors.
- Developing Strategies and plans of action for Marketing, Sales & New Business Development.
- Developing and Maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Created New Corporate Identity: Re-Branding and Launch the Company in the Market.
- Evaluate Customer Research, Market Conditions, and Competitor Data.
- Implement Direct Marketing to form potential agreements, alliances, and partnerships.
- Provide monthly plans on future marketing and weekly progress and revenue reports.
- Develop and implement new revenue streams.
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 3 years experience in a healthcare set-up
- Excellent communication skills at all levels including excellent listening skills.
- Possess strong customer service skills and be able to work in a dynamic team environment.
- He/She has to have the self–confidence and interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of different people.
- Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships.
