Customer Service Executive (Female)

Job Description

Job functions and Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the customer in a safe, courteous, and timely manner (customer-centered), anywhere in the hospital.
  • Professionals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable, will interact one-on-one with clients on a daily basis, making them feel comfortable about addressing concerns.
  • Serve as a direct link and communicator between patients and other health care professionals.
  • Manage patient complaints when applicable and direct all other issues/concerns to respective HODs for immediate action.

Requirements & Special Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Relevant healthcare qualification (optional).
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken Arabic is desirable.
  • Friendly and personable. ‘Excellent customer service skills required!
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Able to communicate with a wide range of people & staff.
  • Innovative thinker with a positive attitude.
  • Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients.
