- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and appointments
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using the hospital’s system
- Address patient inquiries and escalate concerns as necessary
- Maintain a high standard of patient service and communication
- Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
- Proficient in computer and call management systems
