Assist in obtaining insurance preapprovals for outpatient services.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage.

Coordinate with insurance providers, physicians, and patients for timely preauthorization.

Ensure accurate documentation of approvals and maintain patient records.

Support the senior approvals team in daily operational tasks.

Follow up on pending authorizations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
Requirements:
-
1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance setting (preferred).

Basic understanding of UAE insurance companies and outpatient processes.

Good knowledge of medical terminology and insurance-related documentation.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
