Obtain insurance approvals and authorizations for outpatient services in a timely and accurate manner.

Review and verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits.

Communicate with insurance providers for pre-approvals and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate with physicians, patients, and front-desk teams to ensure smooth processing of approvals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and payer guidelines.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) in insurance approvals/authorizations in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of UAE insurance companies and outpatient claim processes.

Familiarity with medical terminologies, ICD/CPT codes, and insurance portals.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems.
